Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Training

9 Sessions Feb-Apr 2018 at the Training Center for Neenah Foundry

$10 per Session + $70 for the CSSGB Book

The purpose of this training is to prepare for the ASQ Six Sigma exam. The class will be given in 9 sessions during the months of February to April 2018.  Each session will cover a different part of the exam.  The list of sessions is as follows...

  1. Lean and Six Sigma
  2. Define – building the team
  3. Define – plan the project
  4. Measurement of data
  5. Measurement probability
  6. Measurement capability
  7. Analyze data
  8. Methods for real improvement
  9. Control to maintain improvements

Each person will be required to purchase a CSSGB book from the Quality council of Indiana.  The cost of a book is $70 plus shipping.   In addition there is a charge of $10 per session.  You may choose to attend all sessions or a limited number you will only be charged for the session you attend.   

The classes will be held at the training center for Neenah Foundry.  There are a limited number of seats available for this training so register early. 


The instructor will be Bruce Bader who is a consultant with over 40 years of experience working in paper, plastics, polymers and paint industries holding various engineering and management positions.  He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds an ASQ certification as a Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.

He has taught courses at graduate school and for ASQ in quality systems.  Presentations at local and national ASQ conferences have been done by Bruce.  These include training for CQE and CMQ/OE exams for section 1206.
Bruce earned a PhD in quality management systems at Indiana State University, an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Grove City College.  Through the University of Tennessee he did additional graduate work in statistical process controls.

He has written articles for Quality ProgressThe Journal for Quality and Participation, and other publications.

Section Management Process

The American Society for Quality has recognized your Section #1206 for Section Management Plan performance for the 2009 – 2010 program year.
